As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic Growth & Marketing Intern to support our Growth & Marketing Specialist. As a Growth & Marketing Intern, you will have a specific talent for cultivating and building online communities and leveraging social media platforms, such as Twitter, Discord, Newsletters, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies tailored for online communities.
- Play a key role in managing and growing our presence on Twitter, including content creation, engagement strategies, and follower growth.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Growth & Marketing Specialist to identify new growth opportunities and community-building initiatives.
- Engage with our online communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and other relevant networks.
- Help in organizing and promoting online events, podcasts, AMAs, etc., to boost community engagement.
- Analyze and report on social media performance and community feedback to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and crypto communities.
Requirements:
- Strong interest and basic understanding of the crypto and DeFi industry.
- Experience with social media management, particularly Twitter, Discord, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a knack for community engagement.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Desirable Qualities:
- Active participation in crypto or related online communities.
- Pre-existing relationships with crypto protocols.
- A strong presence on social media platforms such as X.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design basics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
